Similar to the above, Jack was very attentive and keen to check in on our thoughts process during the purchase which was really important to us.

The car purchase was fairly smooth and up until pick up good levels of interaction with the sales team happened. I did get a call on the Sunday to see how things were going and told that if I needed anything to get in touch.

The charger was so hot it turned my phone off. This was on a long journey and you only tested for an hour. I told you this but you ignored me

Lydia was incredibly helpful, she was very personable. My car upon my return from holiday was spotlessly clean and the service had taken place without issue. I was also kept up-to date with the process through the BMW app.
