I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed but when I arrived to collect it this had not been done. As it was a Saturday at about 4.30 the service staff had finished for the day and the sales staff simply said they would tell service on Monday.

This time service was excellent. Communication was especially good. Also they supplied a courtesy car at very short notice which was an unexpected bonus. Special thanks to Jeremy Higgins who looked after this job so well.

I was very satisfied with the advice I was given. Not happy that Stratstone Mini had not re-set my computer after they MOT'd my care in May - this resulted in my not knowing I had a puncture which meant I had to buy 2 new tyres!

-6 days without a car and poor communication form the team - granted they did allow £200 off the price of the service but even so didn't really cut the deal given most of your costs would have been bound into warranty work eg oil change
