All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Tristan was great. Kept me up to date with the delivery process and was brilliant at the handover. The bouquet of flowers as it was my birthday was a lovely touch.

I was told what was going to happen. Phoned to let me know that the service was nearly finished. When picking up the car, told what the results were.

I was told it would take 1 hour 30. I dropped off the car at 10.30am as agreed. At 11:40am I recieved a text to say tmy car was about to be allocated to a technician. 2.5 hours later I arrived to collect my car to be told no one had even started it.

I pay a premium price to have my 7-year-old 5 Series serviced at a franchised dealer, so, I expect a premium service in return. My recent visit to Starstone Harrogate was excellent (though expensive).

It was refreshing to deal with people who cared. Compared to the dealer i dealt with for my previuos vehicl, a Jaguar, they were light years ahead in the service given. Nothing was to much triuble and the staff went out of their way, in my opinion.

BMW Harrogate we're sympathetic to my dissatisfaction regarding the issues surrounding the wheel alignment and did everything within their remit to resolve the situation but ultimately BMW policy would not agree to carry out the work under warranty.

Had to pay £29.99 for the privilege of a loan vehicle. Could not fix a single item I raised. Couldn't even wash the car that'd been booked in the for a complimentary wash and vac. How can they not even get that right?

My car was delivered with a fault. I was provided with courtesy cars whilst mine was being repaired. Mine was then delivered back very dirty and with less fuel, though it was repaired earlier than I was quoted which was good.

The initial booking system was terrible. I even sent an email complaining to the address I was given and that email was never answered which is really poor customer service. Once actually booked in however everything was excellent hence 4 stars

Lack of traditional fueled loan vehicles placed restrictions on my abilities to plan and continue with my normal daily routine. Not really acceptable in the real world. Otherwise a 5 star rating would have been given.
