Purchasing the vehicle was quick, easy and very stress free. Even with delivery of the car, they catered to all our needs and didn't say no to any of our requests once.

A really good team from the reception staff to sales. I would suggest that in the waiting area you provide a bigger selection of biscuits!! Other dealers, Audi in particular, have a great selection. Not a major problem but would be appreciated.

We were looked after by Lydia who was very pleasant & efficient & arranged the free check up. She called later in the day to let us know the car needed 2 new front tyres and could be fitted in 1/2 hour before we arrived to collect the car.

While I was satisfied overall the one comment I would make is in terms of picking up the car. I had to wait quite a while at 5 to get the car although I was told the car would be ready at 5
